Dr Sandy Christie has more than 40 years’ experience and his passion for the job is obvious - as is his desire for expectant parents to bond with their babies while they are still in the womb.

Dr Christie has been at the forefront of ultrasound development and application since 1965 and is internationally recognised for his experience and expertise.

He was Head of the Department of Diagnostic Ultrasound at the University of Dundee Medical School from 1970 to 1995.

In recent years he has held posts as Professor of Diagnostic Ultrasound at the Universities of Malaysia, Singapore, Istanbul, Copenhagen and Thomas Jefferson in Philadelphia.

At Baby Scan Studio your ultrasound scan is performed in a relaxed, comfortable setting with your partner, family relations, and children . We regret that children must be 5 years or more.

A screen is mounted on the wall in front of you so that you can comfortably see the pictures of your baby as they are scanned.

Most scanning sessions last from 20 - 45 minutes depending on the package you have selected but we allow an hour so that you will never feel rushed or hurried.
